Legal
Terms
Last updated 28 August 2026. These cover this website and the early-access preview of gm.
What is on offer
GeniusMoment is in development. Early access is provided free of charge, as a preview, with no service level and no guarantee of availability or continuity. Features described on this site as planned are statements of intent, not commitments, and they may change.
The code it generates
Output belongs to you. We claim no ownership of a specification you write or of the files produced for it, and we impose no licence on what you do with them.
In exchange, the responsibility is also yours. gm invents code. That is the entire premise. A passing test suite is evidence, not proof. Review what it produces before you run it anywhere that matters. Do not ship generated code into a safety-critical, medical, financial-control or life-sustaining system on the strength of a green run.
What we ask of you
- Do not use it to produce malware, credential-theft tooling, or anything designed to attack systems you do not own or have permission to test.
- Do not attempt to use it as a source of facts about the world. It is not one, and we say so plainly everywhere else on this site.
- Do not resell access, and do not use it to build a directly competing code-generation service.
- Do not submit other people's confidential material as a specification.
No warranty
The preview is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. To the fullest extent the law allows, GeniusMoment is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, or for loss of profits, data or use, arising from the service or from code it generated.
Ending it
You can stop at any time by not running it. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached, or if we discontinue the preview. We will give notice by email where we have an address for you.
Questions
Anything here that is unclear or that does not work for your organisation, send it through the contact form. We would rather adjust the terms than have you agree to something you did not read.
