Last updated 28 August 2026. Short, because this site genuinely does very little.
This website
geniusmoment.ai is a set of static pages. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and embeds no trackers. Nothing here follows you to another site.
There is exactly one third-party script on the entire site, and only on the contact page: Cloudflare Turnstile, the bot check in front of the form. It runs so that the form is not filled in by scripts all day, it sets a challenge cookie of its own on that page, and it is Cloudflare's to describe. No other page loads it, and no page loads any font, script or image from anyone else.
The site is served through a content delivery network, which processes the request metadata any web server sees, such as the IP address, user agent, requested URL, and timestamp, in order to deliver the page and to defend against abuse. We do not build profiles from it and we do not sell it.
If you use the form
The only way this site collects anything is you choosing to fill in the contact form. What you type is what we get: the topic, your name, your email address, and optionally an organization and a runtime, plus your message.
Alongside it we record what any web server would see about the request, including the time, the country, the Cloudflare data centre that handled it, your browser's user-agent string, and your IP address. We keep those to tell a real submission from an automated one. The rate limit that stops one source flooding the form is keyed by a hash of the IP rather than the address itself.
Submissions are stored in Cloudflare KV and kept for up to a year, so that a conversation started in March can still be picked up in November. A submission the bot check rejected is held for 30 days instead on purpose, so that a false positive is something we can find and act on rather than a person who silently never reached us.
We use it to reply and to tell you when early access opens. That is all: no list rental, no sale, no transfer to an advertiser, no marketing sequence. Ask us to delete it and we will, without asking why.
The product
gm runs on your machine, against an inference endpoint we operate. Your specification and the code produced for it are processed to serve your request. We do not train on customer code by default; anything we learn from is something you opted into explicitly, and opting in is reversible.
Run records include the specification, generated files, verification command, and its output. They are written locally in the output directory you chose. They are yours; delete the directory and they are gone.
Your rights
Wherever you are, you can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to erase it. The same form reaches a person. Pick "Something else" and say what you want done.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that affects what we collect or why, the date at the top changes with it. We will not quietly broaden it.
